Why does TOS5300 series display a Volt Error Protection error and prevent the withstanding voltage test from being performed?

Volt Error Protection is a safety feature that is activated when the output voltage exceeds ±350 V of the specified range. When triggered, TOS5300 series switches to a PROTECTION state, turns off the output, and stops the test.
This error may occur when testing capacitive devices because the capacitive loads cause voltage waveform distortion.
