TOS5300 series
New low-cost standard model that provides thorough operability, reliability and safety.
The “TOS5300 Series” is a series of test instruments used in Hipot tests and insulation resistance tests, two of the four tests regarded as necessary for ensuring the safety of electrical products. With an output of 5kV/100mA (AC) and 6kV/10mA (DC), the series can be used in Hipot insulation resistance testing of electronic equipment and electronic parts, based on the requirements of IEC, EN, UL, VDE, JIS, and other international safety standards and the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law. Also, the test voltage stability is improved with the adoption of a newly developed switching amplifier. Since the output voltage can be kept constant even when the AC line voltage or frequency changes, consistent testing can be performed, even when the power supply environment is in an unstable region. The TOS5300 is also equipped with a number of features that are capable of meeting a variety of test needs. It is a new low-cost standard model that provides thorough operability, reliability and safety.

Residual charge measuring device
Residual charge measurement made easy and reliable
In the past, residual charge measurements were carried out manually by pulling out the plug, but with this unit, simply connect the plug of the product in question to the multi-outlet of the device, set the timer and press the START button, the power supply is cut off at peak voltage and the voltage between the plug blades after the set time has elapsed is displayed on the meter. The meter displays the voltage between the plug blades after the set time has elapsed. It is also equipped with a terminal for waveform observation on an oscilloscope, which is useful when recording waveforms.*The voltage between the plug blades is to be measured at its maximum value. One measurement is considered sufficient if the plug can be pulled out at the peak of the supply voltage.
- Residual charge measuring device
Easy and reliable residual charge measurement without cumbersome plug pulling
- Complies with the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law, IEC60950-1, IEC60601-1, IEC60335-1, IEC60065, etc.
- This unit (SPEC40509) requires our AC power supply (PCR-L/LA/LE/W/WE series).
- Automatic shut-off at peak voltage; only one measurement required.
- With switch for switching between voltage measurement L-N/L-G/N-G.Voltage measurement between L-N, L-G and N-G is possible by using the voltage measurement switch.A special jig is used for measurement between N and G (standard accessory).
