Product Overview
TU01-TOS is a terminal unit that converts the 25-pin SIGNAL I/O connector of our TOS5300/5301/5302 withstand voltage testers into the 14-pin SIGNAL I/O connector of TOS5050A/5051A. When connected via this product, the external control performed by the TOS5050A/ 5051A can be equivalently performed by the TOS5300/5301/5302.
